    Zalety:
    It was a fast service.
    Wady:
    No way to contact the center.

    Via email / contact number. This is a major issue
    Komentarz:
    I have an issue now. Priority service is to take 5 days, Visa delivery inclusive but after refusal email. I am yet to get an update for my passport delivery.
    I need my passport because I booked another appointment and I cant get my financial statement from bank without it. Hpw soon will my visa be delivered because my appointment is for tuesday. And there is no way to contact the center to hold my visa if they cant deliver it to time.

    Applied for UK tourist visa on 27 Feb. I don't know if I got lucky but I saw no crowd and finished the entire process in less than 20 minutes. I had chosen 2.30 PM slot so maybe that's why there was no crowd. The staff is very helpful and polite. I have opted for courier of my passport, will update the review after the process is complete.

    I applied for BRP replacement visa. After more than 3 weeks, UK visa and immigration told me it's ready, but no information from TLS at all! How can I contact them??? I'm waiting for visa in Warsaw with a child and no money, and I've been fired from my job in the UK because if that! The worst experience in my life! I don't understand why I have to pay for this service, it's absolutely useless!

    Jeśli ktoś czyta ten komentarz i jakoś załatwił kontakt do nich bądź czegokolwiek się dowiedział to bardzo proszę o pomoc. W czerwcu ubiegałem się o wizę. Pojechałem do Warszawy złożyłem wszystkie wnioski opłaciłem wszystko oraz zostawiłem swój paszport i dane. Od tamtej pory zero odzewu zero kontaktu zero czegokolwiek a przypominam że paszport jest potrzebny do podróżowania. Bardzo proszę o pomoc, zależy mi pilnie na odzyskaniu swoich dokumentów albo chociaż uzyskania wiadomości jak długo może … – pokaż

    Best!!!
    I applied on 14.11.2022 and I got my tourist visa after only 2 weeks.
    It only took me 15—20 minutes there for biometrics. Everything was so fast.
    Visa processing was so fast. They told me 7 weeks but I got it after 2 weeks. I got the visa and I will spend my New Year in London. I'm so excited. Can't wait

    I have got an information in an email that my visa should be ready in 3 weeks and when I have come there they told me its not true and it might take up to 6 weeks. It wasnt true again, it took more than two months. Fortunately because of some nice lady I could get my passport back faster (obviously without a visa) because i needed it. But again here some man told me its impossible and then I had to find someone else who helped me and it turned out that its not impossible. Too much stress and was … – pokaż

    Dzień dobry. Dziś 14.11.22 po 4 miesięcy
    Otrzymałam refused- odmowę po wizje family Permit. Chciałbym zapytać się czy możecie mi jakoś to wyjaśnić? Czy mogę prosić skontaktować się że mną? Jeśli brakuje jakikolwiek dokumentów to mogę nawet dostarczyc do was osobiście. Jeśli sprawa już zamknięta to proszę o jak najszybciej wysłanie mego paszportu bo nie zamierzam poddawać się i będę składać kolejny wniosek.

    Did my UK visa application biometrics appointment today using the self-service for document upload. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and could speak multiple languages. The whole process took under an hour.

    Ужасное обслуживание, сидишь в очереди 2 часа, хоть запись была на определенное время. Решения ждали аж 2 месяца. Впервые такое встречаю.

    На ПОДАЧУ документов: ждёте в холе, выходит человек, спрашивает кто на такое время, ведёт на 2й этаж, секьюрити, очередь (ждать прилично),от входа до выхода прошло 3 часа, одобрили через 5 недель. На ВКЛЕЙКУ. Тому же человеку говорите что на вклейку, с паспортом и листиком который вам дали при ПОДаче поднимаетесь, минут 15 клеят.
